We fly around all the Wineries coming to life in the dawn sun, and the spectacular maze of their vines scattered over the landscape. We land at Restaurant Cuvee, located within the beautiful sandstone building of Peterson House where you can relax and enjoy their famous Champagne Breakfast under the beautiful exposed aged timber beams and iron work that overlooks the beautiful vineyards and cottage gardens.
